The Hottest Hotel Openings to Have on Your Radar in 2025
There’s something undeniably thrilling about experiencing a brand new hotel. Each year, a handful of properties open not just as places to stay, but as destinations in their own right.
For 2025, the lineup is particularly exciting. From an ultra-exclusive alpine retreat in the Dolomites to a modern expression of luxury on Lake Como, these openings aren’t just adding to the travel landscape; they’re shaping it. Some revive historic grandeur, like the much-anticipated Orient Express La Minerva in Rome, while others, like The One & Only Moonlight Basin in Montana, introduce a new way to experience a destination altogether.
As someone who has self-admittedly been obsessed with hotels since I can remember, these are the places I’m most excited about this year…the ones worth planning a trip around!
